If you wish to return an order, then a return address will be given to you to return your product. You can do this by organising a click and collect delivery with An Post at the following link;

All steps will be explained to you by our customer service team to ensure the product is returned to us. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you.
If it is deemed that there was a fault with the product, we will be happy to refund you the price of the product including delivery. Please not that we will not refund the price of returning the product.
