Terms

All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT.

All images and videos are for illustration purposes only and may not be the exact product received. Please check full product details for packaging and description. All stock and prices are subject to availability.

Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order as changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed. Inside Nutrition will not grant any compensation in any form for inconvenience experienced as a result.

Delivery 

Inside Nutrition offers delivery to customers throughout the Island of Ireland. We currently do not offer international delivery. 

Inside Nutrition deliveries are carried out by DPD Ireland. All orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 midday will be shipped same day. DPD Ireland work towards next day nationwide delivery, however this is not always guaranteed so please allow 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive.

There is a delivery charge of €5.50 on all orders under €45. We offer free delivery on orders over €45.

Returns 

We seek to fulfil all orders to 100% satisfaction, however if you are not happy with your order then please email us on customerserivce@insidenutrition.com, with your order reference number and we will be more than happy to help.

If you wish to return an order, then a return address will be given to you to return your product. You can do this by organising a click and collect delivery with An Post at the following link;

All steps will be explained to you by our customer service team to ensure the product is returned to us. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you.

If it is deemed that there was a fault with the product, we will be happy to refund you the price of the product including delivery. Please not that we will not refund the price of returning the product.

1. The giveaway/competition is open to residents of Ireland except employees of Inside Nutrition and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway/competition.
   
   
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway/competition.
   
   
3. By entering this giveaway/competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   
   
4. The price for the first birthday competition (launched 08/02/23) will be a €1000 holiday voucher to be used with Cassidy Travel https://www.cassidytravel.ie/
   
   Inside Nutrition is in no way associated with Cassidy Travel and the prize will be paid in full by Inside Nutrition.

5. The start time and end time will be stated within each giveaway/competition post. After the closing date no further entries to the giveaway/competition will be permitted.
   
   
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
   
   
7. There is no cash or other alternative for prizes.
   
   
8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Inside Nutrition reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value to the offered giveaway/competition prize without giving notice.
   
   
9. Inside Nutrition reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway/competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the our control. Any changes to the giveaway/competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter through social media and/or on our website (www.insidenutrition.com).
   
   
10. Inside Nutrition shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
    
    
11. Prizes are non-transferable.
    
    
12. Inside Nutrition is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway/competition.
    
    
13. The winner's name may be published on our news and social media pages and will be asked to contact Inside Nutrition to claim their prize.
    
    
14. The winner will be notified by social media within 3 working days of the closing date.  If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
    
    Note: The winner will be notified by our Instagram page only @insidenutritionofficial – please do not accept messages from any fraudulent pages.

15. The winner is required to provide their full name, full contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number) or other method of contact (if applicable), email address and an address to which their prize will be sent to by the Promoter.

17. Inside Nutrition accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the giveaway/competition or accepting the prize.
    
    
18. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway/competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
    
19. This giveaway/competition/promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Inside Nutrition and not to any other party.
